Charlene Hurley serves as the administrator for the firm and has been with the firm since 2003. She earned her paralegal certification from the National Association for Paralegal Studies from Rider University.

Since the firm’s inception, Patti Fox has acted as litigation paralegal for GluckWalrath, bringing with her nearly twenty years of legal experience. Ms. Fox received certification from the National Academy of Paralegal Studies through Rider University. Managing the legal matters for Andrew Bayer and James Fearon, Ms. Fox is a crucial asset to the firm’s litigation team. In addition to her daily responsibilities, Ms. Fox also assists the firm with information technology support and billing matters.
Ms. Fox is a proud mother to her two amazing children, Christopher, a professional firefighter and Jessica, a student in college. Ms. Fox is a member of the Bordentown Elks Lodge #2085 and contributes much of her free time to volunteering at local charitable organizations.
Diane Regester is a paralegal/administrative assistant located in the Red Bank office. During her more than 20 years of experience in the legal profession, she has supported and assisted attorneys in a wide variety of litigation and non-litigation matters. Since joining the firm in 2012, she has provided paralegal and administrative assistance with complex civil litigation, employment law, tax appeals, redevelopment law, and a variety of municipal matters.

Stephen J. Reiff currently serves as a paralegal under Meghan Bennett Clark, Joseph A. Clark and John O. Bennett, providing professional assistance and support on a wide range of legal matters including municipal law, litigation, and especially public finance which is where his main area of focus lies. In his capacity as a paralegal, he has had responsibility over numerous public finance matters involving both tax-exempt and taxable obligations including bond anticipation notes, tax anticipation notes, special emergency notes, refunding notes, special interim financings and bonds for issuers ranging from municipalities, municipal authorities, water/sewer utility authorities and school districts. Stephen’s primary responsibilities include the drafting and reviewing of municipal ordinances, resolutions, contracts, legal opinions and various other legal documents, as well as coordination of the sales and financial closings. He enjoys working directly with municipal clerks, CFOs, auditors, underwriters, banks, trustees, insurers and financial advisors.
Stephen holds an ABA-approved A.A.S. Degree in Paralegal Studies, as well as an A.S. Degree in Criminal Justice.
Carolyn A. Berardesco
Carolyn A. Berardesco Carolyn joined the firm on September 1, 2016 as part of a merger of a Red Bank satellite office of a Philadelphia law firm. Carolyn possesses over 40 years of experience as an administrative assistant in connection with municipal, real estate and public finance matters. Carolyn serves as an Administrative Assistant to Meghan Bennett Clark, John O. Bennett, Joseph A. Clark and Matthew J. Donohue. Carolyn provides a wide range of support for this municipal group including preparation of proposals, contracts, billing, file management and assistance with real estate matters.
