GluckWalrath serves as counsel to NJ Environmental Infrastructure Trust

GluckWalrath is proud of their role as bond counsel and redevelopment counsel of the City of Newark in connection with a tax abatement and a redevelopment area bond financing through the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust. This week, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Newark on the $40+ million redevelopment project on Lister Avenue to remediate brownfields and construct a distribution center.

Warehouse May Bring up to 400 Jobs to Newark
