Michael C. Bachmann is an associate with GluckWalrath LLP whose practice focuses on municipal law, redevelopment, and litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Bachmann served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marie. P Simonelli in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division for the 2015-2016 term. While in law school, Mr. Bachmann interned for a federal district judge, the City Council President in the City of Jersey City, and a law firm specializing in real estate, land use, and redevelopment matters. Mr. Bachmann worked as an Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review, was President of the Environmental Law Society, and was a Distinguished Scholar.
Mr. Bachmann received a B.A. degree in Political Science and American Studies, cum laude, in 2012 from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. At Rutgers, Mr. Bachmann was a member of the club cycling team, Delta Upsilon fraternity, and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 2015 from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark. Mr. Bachmann is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, New York, and the District of New Jersey and currently resides in Cranford.
